IDCheck for Shared Branch Transactions

No matter where your travels take you next, NCFCU is working together with other Shared Branch credit union locations to make sure your accounts stay secure and free of fraud by Using ID Check.

Guests visiting a Shared Branch location to make a transaction will be asked to complete the ID Check process outlined below:

  1. Scan the QR code located in the branch or visit verify.coop.org
  2. Select your credit union name from the drop-down list.
  3. Enter your member number and the last four digits of your social security number.
  4. Upload a photo of your ID.
  5. Take a selfie
Tip: Save your validation for an even quicker experience next time!
  6. Show your one-time passcode to the teller (passcode is valid for 20 minutes).

Important Note: If you are unable to verify your identity, your out-of-state transactions may be limited or denied. This policy is in place to help prevent unauthorized access to your accounts.
