What to Expect on Your First Login

Enter your username and password– When you log in, we will validate your username. After this, you’ll be prompted to reset your password using our new Credential Assurance Technology (CAT).

Receive a security code– For added security, a multi-factor authentication (MFA) code will be sent to your primary email and phone number on file via SMS.

Enter your security code– Input the code you received from your email or SMS to verify your identity.

Complete your login– Once your code is successfully entered, you’ll see a confirmation message and be able to log in to the new platform.

This new process ensures your account stays secure while making your transition to the new online banking experience smooth and simple.

Link your external accounts to NCFCU and manage your finances all in one place with Plaid.

  1. Navigate to you Accounts dashboard. Click Link Accounts on the bottom right.
  2. Enter your phone number to get a security token.
  3. Choose your institution and log in to link your account.
