Full Time Assistant Branch Manager – York Branch

This position will require evenings and weekends.

The successful candidate should possess the following:
  1. The ability to interface at all levels of the organization and enjoy direct contact with the public.
  2. Provide quality member service & maintain strict member confidentiality. Ability to communicate effectively with members, visitors, vendors, and co-workers.
  3. Strong knowledge of NCFCU’s products and services.
  4. Ability to work with a high degree of independence.
  5. Attention to fine detail; is organized and works accurately with numbers.
  6. Teach and supervise employees.
  7. Prior loan/teller experience is preferable.
The primary functions of the position consist of the following:
  1. Provide quality member service in all aspects of the job description.
  2. Perform teller functions, maintain a teller drawer daily, and answer phones
  3. Responsible for help with branch day to day operations including balancing the branch
  4. Responsible for adhering to NCFCU’s policies and procedures in all aspects of your branch.
  5. Work with the Branch Manager to evaluate, supervise and guide staff located at your office.
  6. Involve yourself in the community of your office for growth in loans, members, and shares.
  7. Interview, process and disburse loans to members.
  8. Cross sell NCFCU products and services.

Full Time Chief Financial Officer – New Cumberland Branch

     The CFO is responsible for directing all accounting functions including budget preparation, asset liability management and liquidity management.  Interfaces with RKL and NCUA to assist the completion of periodic audits.  Monitors controls to ensure the prevention of fraud in areas under their direction.

The primary functions of the position consist of the following:
  1. Directs the functions of and monitors the performance of the accounting manager and the department.
  2. As part of the budget committee prepares the annual credit union budget.
  3. As part of the ALCO committee, submits data for the preparation of quarterly ALM analysis and leads the quarterly ALCO meeting.
  4. Monitors liquidity through cash monitoring and liquidity forecasting.
  5. Prepares various regulatory reporting to include the NCUA 5300.
  6. Works directly with auditors and examiners on annual and periodic audits.
  7. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory accounting requirements.
  8. Oversees the investment portfolio making strategies for strong portfolio performance.  Works with the President in deciding investment purchases.
  9. Assists in setting credit union rates.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance

3-5 Years of CFO Experience

5+ Years of Credit Union Accounting Experience

Full Time Teller – Mechanicsburg Branch

Some weekends and evenings will be necessary.

2) Performs all functions associated with the operation and the

   security of the branches.

3) Receives members in person and by phone, performs members’

   transactions with accuracy and answers members’ questions with

   factual up to date information.
