Streamlined Transfers

Our mobile app update offers multiple transfer options,

which are displayed in one place, to help you easily select how you want to send money.

We’ve also included a review page detailing your money transfers to ensure accuracy.

Other Highlights of our digital banking update:

  • [NCFCU mobile app] Added a new “Go paperless” link under the “My accounts” section that will take users to a paperless statement screen. Paperless statements were previously located under “Login & Security”.
  • [NCFCU mobile app] Migrated the “Contact” link within the “Help Center” to the “More” navigation under the new “Support” category.
