We have many digital banking tools available for our members to utilize, including Mobile Banking, Online Banking, Electronic Bill Payment and PAM. These services allow you to have access to your accounts outside of our business hours or when you are traveling outside of NCFCU’s region. Online banking features a number of advantages for members including convenience, speed and ease of account management. All you need to access your online banking is internet access, your username and password.

We are always here for you if you need to set up an appointment to meet with a member of our staff, but we encourage members to utilize all digital banking tools that we have available. Here are a few things you can do online:

Online Banking — access your account anywhere, anytime through NCFCUonline.org. Through Online Banking, you can:

  • View account balances
  • Transfer funds securely to and from other authorized NCFCU accounts
  • Transfer funds securely to and from external accounts at other financial institutions
  • Automatic Savings on External Transfers or Check Deposits
  • Add Security with customized codes via Text or Email
  • Utilize Electronic Bill Payment
  • View cleared checks
  • Freeze or Unfreeze your Debit and Credit Card

Mobile Banking — By downloading our mobile NCFCU Mobile App for Android and Apple Users members have direct 24/7 access to their account right at their fingertips. On our mobile app, you can complete the following:

  • View account balances
  • Deposit a check with Remote Xpress Deposit
  • Transfer funds securely to and from other authorized NCFCU accounts
  • Transfer funds securely to and from external accounts at other financial institutions
  • Schedule reoccurring transfers
  • Access your statements electronically
  • Freeze and unfreeze your debit and credit card
  • Send a secure message through our “Support” Tab
  • Secure your Mobile App access with facial recognition or Touch ID log in
  • Utilize Electronic Bill Payment
  • Save money on your bills with BILLSHARK
  • Get a Renter’s or Homeowner’s insurance quote with Lemonade

BILLSHARK

The BILLSHARK service can help lower your bills, built right into our Mobile App. These bill negotiation experts deal with the hassle of negotiating directly with your provider. BILLSHARK is accessible through the NCFCU Mobile App, by clicking on the “Lower Your Bills” tab on the drop-down menu. Begin by submitting a copy of your current bill by using your phone’s camera to take a picture of your bill or upload a screenshot. After the BILLSHARK experts finish negotiating with your provider, BILLSHARK takes 40% of the savings for their hard work. You only pay BILLSHARK if they save you money.

Lemonade

Another great services through our NCFCU Mobile App, Lemonade is located under the “Insurance” tab in the drop-down menu. Lemonade is a quick and easy way to get a free Renter’s and Home Owner’s Insurance quote in less than 30 seconds. If you like the quote provided, you can take out your policy right there in the App. Unlike other insurance companies, Lemonade gains nothing by delaying or denying claims because they take a flat fee. They handle and pay as many claims as instantly possible. In addition to protecting yourself, as a Public Benefit Corporation and certified B-Corp, Lemonade Inc. donates unclaimed premiums to great causes. Paying your monthly premium is easy and efficient because your Lemonade quote is linked directly to your NCFCU account.

Electronic Bill Payment is available through Mobile and Online Banking. This feature allows you to save time and money without writing checks or buying stamps, plus have all bills paid directly from your Checking account. Electronic Bill Payment is easy to setup one time or recurring payments. You can also get convenient payment reminders via E-mail or text message.

PAM (Personalized Automated-Teller Machine) Voice Response — You can access your accounts and conduct transactions 24/7 from any touchtone phone services by calling (717) 774–5731.

With our PAM Voice Response, you can:

  • Verify account balances
  • Verify loan balances
  • Transfer funds within your account
  • Perform a check search
  • Check loan rates, check share, club accounts, and IRA and certificate rates
  • Verify deposits and withdrawals
  • Check year-to-date dividend and interest totals
  • Receive line-of-credit advances by check
